Summer is coming and we hope your child will consider joining Camp Invention. Students going to Grades 1 through 6 in August, our current students grades Kindergarten through five, are invited to Camp Invention this summer for two weeks, Monday through Friday,  July 16 through 25.  This camp is sponsored by the National Inventors Hall of Fame and free through a grant to our district. This is a STEM program. Children are presented with fun, hands-on challenges that encourage creative problem solving, teamwork, entrepreneurship and innovation. Applications are available at the school office and due no later than Friday, June 15. Worcester Arts students will attend Clark St. School  from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch and breakfast will be served. Busing is available to students more than 2 miles from the school site. Afternoon busing to the Worcester Recreation Park site is available with a parent permission slip and parent pick up at the park. Please consider this fun option to engage students in summer learning. Applications are at the school and due by this Friday, June 15.
